Invigorate yourself in the beautiful environment of the Grund Resort. In addition to a pleasant stay, a great culinary experience in our restaurant, and the beautiful mountain surroundings, you can also take advantage of the relaxing services on offer in our new expanded wellness centre.

Our hotel wellness centre is equipped with a swimming pool with counter-current, whirlpool, and a relaxation zone. We’re especially proud of our sauna area, as well as a traditional Finnish communal sauna for up to 15 people, guests can also enjoy the cleansing cure of a cave in the popular steam spa. With increased temperatures and the wonderful smell of herbs, indulge your body and senses in the herbal soft sauna.
The glass section of the relaxation zone promises the guests tranquil rest with warmth from the bio fireplace.
If you wish you can easily switch to the terrace with your favourite drink in your hand in the fresh air and take in the natural surroundings. You can also relax on the heated salt sun beds.

In this swimming area, you can find a sauna, whirlpool and swimming pool with relaxation area. Facilities such as changing rooms and toilets are also included. Children can also enjoy themselves here.

This swimsuit-free sauna zone includes traditional Finnish sauna, herbal soft sauna, steam bath with eucalyptus and Kneipp path, refreshing indoor and outdoor showers, ice well, cool off area. An outdoor terrace, indoor rest area with infrared chair, salt sun beds and relaxing sun beds is also part of the zone.

Grund massage with bulbs and lava stones (60 min)
This massage is specifically aimed at eliminating pain in the lumbar and cervical spine and neck. Using bulbs and lava stones, there is a deep relaxation and removal of tension in the muscles and ligaments causing pain. The massage is divided into two parts. In the first part of the massage we work with the muscles followed by a half-hour relaxing massage. In the second part of massage you can enjoy 30 minutes of relaxation massage.
